DIVERSITY DIALOGUE 4 ON JAN. 25
Participate in the virtual Diversity Dialogue on Tuesday, Jan. 25, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in a conversation about leadership with Georgia State's African American administrators, as well as with leaders in the Atlanta community and how they rose to their leadership roles.
THE BENNEKIN SYMPOSIUM, MAYS LECTURE AND THE HONORS COLLEGE FOUNDERS LECTURE THIS FEBRUARY
During Black History Month, in addition to the Groundbreaker Lecture of the Provost's Office, several of Georgia State's colleges are holding lectures and symposia with fascinating speakers covering a wide range of topics.

SPRING SEMESTER HOLIDAYS
Members of Georgia State's diverse university population celebrate holidays of different communities and faith traditions over the next few months, including but definitely not limited to Ash Wednesday (March 2), Orthodox and Coptic Lent (March 7-April 23), Ramadan (April 2-May 1), Passover (April 15-16), Easter (Western calendar, April 17), Orthodox and Coptic Easter (April 24) and Eid al-Fitr (May 2-3).

The mission of the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) is to empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation, in every sector of the global economy. ALPFA at Georgia State provides access to mentors and role models through a series of corporate and strategic partnerships, as well as other programs. At Georgia State, this includes the ALPFA Latino Professionals Pipeline, and the Inspirational Role Model and Professional Role Model programs. |

- Twenty & Odd: Exploring 400 years of the African American Experience (video) : At this Resource Library link, you can watch a short film from the National Park Service, where the innumerable contributions of African Americans to the foundation of the United States are recognized. “Twenty & Odd” serves as a visual tool to inform and highlight and to educate the nation as a whole about the trauma, resilience, and beauty of the African American experience in our country through the lens of sites stewarded by the National Park Service.
