LIBRARY SUBMISSION FORM

Please submit your resource library item here. Submissions are subject to the submission guidelines; please read them by clicking this link first before entering information into the form.

Items for submission include books, films, data, databases, reports, academic journal articles, manuals, policies, and the like - items you could pull off of a literal bookshelf. If you are looking to submit a program or initiative, please visit the Diversity Database here.

Resource Type *
Please remember that DEI initiatives and programming should be submitted to the Diversity Database at https://dei.gsu.edu/diversity-database/. A resource may have more than one descriptor. Choose those which most apply. "News Outlets/General Interest Magazines" means the name of the outlet/magazine, *not* an individual article in such a publication. "Social Media" means the accounts of those who are thought leaders in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, or are of organizations involved in DEI. "Website" indicates a helpful web resource that does not fit any of the descriptors listed here.

This could be a name of the person who wrote the resource, edited it, or the sponsoring organization/department (in the case of on-demand training courses or policy manuals, for example). If you are including the name of a person, use First Name Last Name order. If there are multiple people, list them in alphabetical order by last name.
